When returning used items, the customer must:
- contact our sales office on +39 0424 582308 in order to organise the collection of goods;
- ensure that packaging is suitable for transporting used items in order to avoid any damage during transport itself. We strongly recommend that you reuse, if in good condition, the same packaging in which the purchased spare part was delivered.
For companies: the customer must issue a transport document in three copies in our name, quoting our transport document number and indicating in the reason for transport "RESO CAUZIONALE USATO".
The returned material must be in good condition and recoverable, therefore pieces damaged by rust, accidents, fires, floods or otherwise will not be accepted; in any case, it must be of the same type as the part being replaced.
Upon receipt of the return, our staff will check its condition and then, if it is found to be acceptable, we will proceed with the refund of the deposit.
The company customer has the obligation to indicate on the transport document the reimbursement method.
